This Position:
This position will aim to support Customer Service in SAP project role around RMA’s, OS&D and Dispute Management optimization. The CSD Intern will be responsible for researching, documenting, data analytics and process improvement recommendations for specific key projects related to dispute resolution processing. The role will have a strong collaborative communication between various Customer Service, Inventory Control, LSNA and Customer Logistics support roles along with an analytical mindset to document detailed work instructions, visual process maps, and highlight any process gaps or improvement opportunities with cost saving optimizations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Prior internship and/or Project focused process and results oriented positions
- Demonstrated proficiency with a computer and with MS software
Skills & Knowledge
- A basic understanding of supply chain operations
- Strong computer skills preferably with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
- Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on teams and collaborate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on schedule following established procedures
- Ability to foster and maintain solid professional relationships internally and externally
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
Education & Certifications:
- Be a Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited University Degree Program – Preferably with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain
- Must have at least a 3.2 GPA
Compensation:
$20 per hour
