Job Description:
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Intern. As an intern, they will be responsible for assisting our Commercial Department (Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience) in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in Commercial (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience) data collection, data cleansing, and data validation processes.
– Support the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools and systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements.
– Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
– Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
– Assist in the implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence.
Skills Needed:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
– Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
– Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
